Processing & Fulfillment

  • Standard Orders: Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed and packaged.

  • Small-Batch/Limited Drops: Due to the specialized nature of our production, specific release windows may have unique fulfillment timelines. These will always be noted on the product page.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

We currently offer shipping within the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen speed:

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

Materials & Packaging

To ensure your jewelry arrives in pristine condition, each order is securely packaged in protective materials designed to safeguard delicate components, such as metals and natural pearls, during transit.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damages: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product.

  • Lost Packages: Frontier Accessories is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the provider.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States. We are looking forward to expanding our reach to international customers in the future.
